FILM PLOT:

Hair is a musical focusing on the lives of two young men in the Vietnam era against the backdrop of the hippie culture. Set in the late 1960s...

This movie tells a story about Claude, a young man from Oklahoma. He leaves the family ranch there and comes to New York City. There, on his arrival, he observes a group of hippies. Then he strikes up a friendship with this group of hippies, led by George Berger. Claude gave them a little help, so he accepts their invitation to be shown around.

He falls in love with Sheila, a girl from a rich family. The group crashes a private party of Sheila´s family.

They are all arrested and Claude uses the only money he has to pay George's fine. George helps the whole group to be free, pays a big fine for everybody. However, their happiness is short because Claude must go to the Vietnam war.

When Claude writes to Sheila from his training camp, she seeks out George and his group to share the news. George begins to cook up a scheme to visit Claude in Nevada.
George infiltrates the Army base and finds Claude. When Claude refuses to leave (for fear of being found missing during a headcount), George suggests him to take his place long enough for Claude to visit with the others waiting in the desert.

While Claude is away, the base, which has been on alert, becomes fully activated and has to leave America to go to Vietnam. George boards the plane to Vietnam in Claude's place. Claude arrives too late to slip back onto his plane.

In a cut to Arlington Cemetery much later, his friends look at George's headstone. The song "Let the Sunshine In" plays.

When the group was at the prison, Woof's (a character) refused to have his hair cut and this led into the title of the film.

Knižky sú dve (……….) – jedna je zo školskej knižnice (……………………….), ktorú má dieťa požičanú na týždeň (……………….) a tá druhá je podľa vlastného výberu a čitateľskej chute.
